    输出防反灌保护：无，输出接电池时一定要加防反二极管，否则会烧坏模块！切记！（有预留防反灌二极管位置，需要可以自己加上。方法见下面说明）也可选择本店的理想二极管，损耗更小，对太阳能板的利用率更高。

  充电指示：充电时亮红灯，充满时亮绿灯。转灯检测方式为电流。在使用太阳能板供电时，太阳小时充电电流也很小，低于转灯电流，同样会亮绿灯，但此时并未充满，请注意区分。用带电表头的会更直接的看到充电电流。

    安装方式：4颗3mm镙丝

    接线方式：接线端子（配外壳时为焊线输出）IN为输入，OUT为输出

    模块尺寸：长60mm宽31mm高22mm（不含表头）

    注意：模块的电流检测为低端检测，请不要把输入的负极和输出的负极直接用导线短接！

应用范围：

1、DIY一个稳压电源，带恒流功能，不怕使用过程中会短路，可以以保护负载。

2、为您的电子设备供电。

3、为各种电池充电，跟据不同电压和容量的电池设定充电电压和充电电流，带充电指示功能，方便观察充电状态。

4，用太阳能电池板供电为各种电池充电，带MPPT功能，能提升充电电流一倍以上。带恒流功能，可防止电池过充，有效保护电池。

5，驱动大功率LED，可自由串并联组合，

6、做为车载供电电源，为你的手机或各种数码产品供电。

1、设定输出电压：跟据您要充电的电池的浮充电压值，或串、并联后LED的电压值、调节恒压电位器（CV），把输出电压设定到所需电压。（不接负载的情况下）

2、设定转灯电流指示：设定好输出电压后，把CC电位器逆时针调20圈左右，用万用表20A电流档短路输出，调节CC电位器到你需要转灯的电流，再调节转灯电电位器，调到刚好亮绿灯为止。

3、设定恒定电流值：调好转灯电流后，万用表20A电流档仍然短路输出，（带电压、电流表的直接导线短路输出便可）调CC电位器到你需要设定的电流值。（用短路的方法设定输出电流时，实际充电电流会比短路设定电流要小，应为电池都有剩余电压，如果要设定准确的充电电流，请用放完电的电池接到输出后再设定输出电流。）

注意：恒流设定时电压要高于1.25V，否则恒流功能将失效。

4、设定MPPT电压值：

    A、用可调稳压电源设定的方法：把可调稳压电源调至要设定的电压值（比如18V），输出不接负载，在模块有输出电压的情况下，逆时针调MPPT设定电位器至输出电压正好降低的临界点便可。

    B、用太阳能电池板直接设定的方法：输入直接接太阳能电池板，跟据负载设定好输出电压，遮档照在太阳能板上的部分光线，输出接负载。万用表测量太阳能板输出电压（带电压表的切到输入电压显示），调MPPT电位器至太阳能板电压到Z大功率点电压为止。（太阳能板实际Z大功率点电压会比标称电压低一些，比如18V的太阳能板，Z大功率点会在17.5V左右，）

          也可以用测量输出电流的方式调MPPT值，把万用表电流档串入输出与负载之间（带表头的可切换至电流显示），来回调MPPT电位器至输出电流到Z大值。

     注意：在用太阳能电池板直接调MPPT值时，太阳能板发出的功率大于负载功率时，请先庶挡照在太板上的部分光线，以降低太阳能板的功率，这样才能调准MPPT值。

 MPPT值调至太阳能板Z大功率点时的充电电流1.651A，提升近一倍的充电电流，效果相当明显。

同样的充电参数可以减小太阳能板的尺寸，同样的太阳能板，可加快充电速度。这个效果不管是工厂还是个人，都是非常有用的。
