【退换货问题】

2.如单次混批的产品出现严重质量问题，买家需要退换货的，请在收到货后的7天之内，与我店工作人员联系解决处理，超过规定时间内的，不可退货。（签收时间以快递单及物流单签收的时间算起7天内 超过时间内的不可退货，退货的前提是产品外观和包装要保持完好、清洁，不得有损坏或磨损的迹象。）请各位买家知悉！）
3.产品本身没有质量问题的，属于人为损坏的，包装损破的，超过质保期的，一律不可退换货。
