1：我们每个控制器包装捏都包含了一个U盘，里面都有驱动软件，客户可以自己安装驱动。软件版本是2017版。

2：切不可以私自去其他网站下载新版本软件去安装或者升级，否则会导致主板出现故障，显示屏会黑掉，电脑显示硬件无法检测到。

3：如果销售给客户，请务必通知客户不要乱安装或者乱升级。

4：如果不听劝阻，客户随意安装软件导致控制器出现故障，这个不在保范围，客户有问题可以把控制器快递回我司，我司可以提供免费维修，但是来回往返运费需客户自行承担。

5：控制器内置了一个纽扣电池，这个电池的作用是防止忽然断电导致数据丢失。如果出口请和货代核实是否可以带电，否则最好取掉电池，但是也务必通知客户电池的问题，客户后期自行购买电池重新安装回去。

*如果需要我们可以帮忙把电池扣掉，但是客户需要自己去购买新电池安装。电池型号是CR2032 3V.

*这个电池的作用是万一断电的情况下可以帮助保存数据，这个不是锂电池，不可以单独给控制器供电。

This controller can be used with any DMX512 compatible lighting fixture. Lights are linked to your PC or Mac by connecting an XLR cable to one of this controller USB or Ethernet DMX interfaces. This controller can be combined to give access to additional DMX universes. Each interface also includes Stand-Alone memory, allowing for your show to be copied to the device and run without a computer- this makes it a great choice for a live backup or a smaller show.

1:we offer the original software inside the U Disk! The software version is 2017 and please do not go to other web page to download new version software or try to update. Otherwise, controller main board will damage and cannot work anymore. (this is not within warranty)

2:there is battery inside controller and due to aliexpress standard delivery way requirement we have to remove the battery. When you receive it please purchase new battery CR2032 3V and assemble back again.
