This Scart to HDMI Converter converts the analog signal input from the Scart interface into a 1080p (60HZ) HDMI signal output. You can make only SCART interface playback devices, such as DVD, set-top boxes connected to high-definition display devices. Analog to digital process sampling rate of up to 10 162MSPS, using black / white level expansion, improved color transition, dynamic range expansion, bright white processing, automatic detection and other technologies, can automatically convert the composite signal to 1080p (60HZ) output.

Introduction

The Scart To HDMI converter is a universal converter for analog Scart input to HDMI 1080p (60HZ) output. The analog to digital conversion in this module employs 10 bits maximal 162MSPS sampling, black/white level expansion, color transition improvement, dynamic range expansion, blue stretch, auto-detect and auto-convert the composite signal to 1080p(60Hz) output. Making video come alive, delivering the sharpest,most realistic HD visuals available.

    默认快递为中通，如需要其他快递，可联系客服，不接受备注快递；大批量产品请联系客服确认交期并提供合适物流公司货运；我们将会在您付款成功之后尽快安排发货，一般情况当天17点前付款的小批量货物当天发出，不超过24小时（周日，节假日和缺货除外）快递信息于22点前更新，请耐心等候；定制产品按约定时间发货。

4.关于收货

    签收货物时，严格按照以下流程操作，以免造成您的损失！因所以的货物都是通过快递或物流送货，请签收货物时当场打开包裹，清点数量，如有数量错误或破损问题，请联系旺旺在线客服，或者拨打我们的联系电话，如不点清货物，或者货物有破损，这些问题将由您自行承担。

5.关于售后

    1、因质量问题退换货7天内我们会承担来回运费，以及返修费用，超过7天的双方各自承担寄出费用。3个月以上1年以下（非人为损坏）客户可以积累的方式，等坏品累积到一定的数量再发回来。（客户需承担返修的来回运费）
    2、退换货要求具备商品收到时的完整包装、配件、吊牌等不影响二次销售；购买物品被人为破坏或标牌拆卸影响二次销售的不予退换货，所有预定或定制特殊规格的产品不予退换货。
    3、非商品质量问题的退换货，由买家承担往返运费；
    4、如需退货请先自行垫付快递费，公司拒收到付件.如未经本公司同意擅自发回，产生损失由买家承担。退货件里面请用白纸写上姓名，电话，旺旺号及退换原因，如因不写联系方式造成丢失概不负责。

    5、所有产品因质量问题或者发错货而造成的退换货和返修只承担国内的运费，国外往返费用由客户自行承担。
