常规产品：不影响第二次销售情况下可以退换货，但是需要承担来回运费。

定制产品：因无法再次销售，所以不支持退换货。

本产品属于工业通用产品，正常使用质保一年。

质保期内属质量问题，可在我公司网点免费提供换货服务。

如人为因素造成的损坏，我公司可以提供替换零部件及安装指导，需收取费用。
