Q3: What is the process for LOGO printing order?

A3: First, Artwork for visual confirmation, and next is sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.

Q4: Do you offer guarantee for the products?  

A4: Yes, we offer one year guarantee for all the products
