订货须知

1、产品订单：
每款产品起订数量为1000个，如客户需求数量低于起订量，单价会略有上调，具体和业务员沟通。
2、产品报价：
我厂产品客户可先上网站查看参考价格及详细信息，然后根据需求再联系业务员报价。如果是客户自己款式，最好能提供实物样板以便我们核算准确价格，看图只能估算大概价格。最终价格以我厂书面签订合同确认样品价格为准，订购数量多价格更优惠。一般报价不含税。
3、产品打样：
所有箱包款式均可按客户提供的实物样或图片打板，可根据客户要求来选择布料材质控制产品成本单价，一般常规颜色的布料都有现货选择，特殊颜色需大货订做。
4、订单合同：
双方确认订购产品款式、数量、单价、颜色、材质、LOGO制作工艺及交货时间等，然后签订订货合同。所有事项均以合同规定为准。
5、生产时间：
一般有现货布料的生产时间为15天左右，要货非常急的，可根据车间排单情况，优先安排生产，尽量提前交货。特殊的材质和颜色订料需要10~20天左右。
6、包装方式：
单个产品由OPP袋（透明胶袋）包装，选用优质上等耐用纸箱，可防止运输途中产品损坏。

3. Product proofing: all cases and bags can be made according to the physical sample or picture provided by the customer, according to customer requirements to choose the material material to control the product cost unit price, the general color of the cloth has spot selection, special color to bulk goods.

4. Order contract: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign the order contract.All matters are subject to the contract.

5, production time: the general production time of spot cloth is about 15 days, to the goods are very urgent, according to the workshop list, priority arrangement of production, as far as possible in advance delivery.It takes about 10~20 days to order special materials and colors.

6. Packing mode: Each product is packed by OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), and selected high quality durable carton, which can prevent the product damage during transportation.

7. Payment method: 30% deposit is required when placing an order. Before delivery, we can inspect the goods in our factory, and arrange shipment after paying off 70% of the balance.
