FAQ:

1: what is the DMX channels for the machine? How to set the DMX address?
A: the machine has 2 channels. Channel 1=jet. Channel 2=start to heat (heating unlock).

2: how to control the machine one by one?
A: If need to control the machine one by one. Then set DMX address to 001. 003.005 and so on. The machine DMX channels is 2CH.

3: how to use the small remote controller?
A: we offer a small remote controller for free. The small controller has 4 buttons. A=stop/start. B=low speed jet. C=middle speed jet and D=high speed jet. One remote controller can control more than 50 units machine. But this controller can not control the machine one by one.

We offer another big remote controller to purchase. It gets power from machine power out socket directly. No need to connect additional power cable. This big controller can control the machine by one by one.

4: what is the packing way?
A: standard packing is carton box. If customer purchase 2 units. We will use 2in1 carton box to pack again. 2in1/4in1 flight case with wheels is optional.

5: do you offer logo painting service?
A: Yes we do OEM service. If you need please contact our sales manager and send logo photo to us.

6: how about aftersales service?
A: warranty time is 1 year. During this time if the machine has any problem. We offer spare parts to repair and we pay for all the cost.

7: is this machine have clean function and heat off function?
A: This machine only have one motor to press the powder. No additional motor so no clean function. After use the machine please jet all powder. Do not keep the powder cool inside the machine. That is very easy to block the machine powder pipe. And this model after start heating. It can not turn off the heater. Please note.
