二、主要作用

四、工作原理

（1）冷敷：将冷热敷理疗袋置于－11℃-20℃的冷冻环境里预冷1小时以上，后取出使用，预冷过程中，理疗袋内料温度降低，取出后仍保持柔软，敷于人体表面吸取人体表面外部热量，使人体表面外部降温。

（2）热敷：把理疗袋放在100℃沸水中煮5到10分钟，取出后敷于人体表面，使人体表面皮肤局部血管扩张，血液加快，从而改善血液循环。（如温度过高可用布套包起）将敷袋浸没在澄清水的容器里放入微波炉高温加热，每次使用时加热时间建议在3分钟内，或者将冷热敷袋直接放进沸水里煮5分钟，使其充分受热后即可使用。
