【关于图案款式及色差】About the design design and color difference

            本店所有商品的照片均为100%实物或真人实拍，但由于照相机的型号、拍摄光线角度的差异、电脑显示器对比度不同 等原因，难免会造成实物与拍摄图片的色差，因此图片的颜色只供大致参考，商品以实物为准。

      本店衣服大多以纯棉面料为主，纯棉面料不易固色哦，深色衣服表面都有一层浮色，建议亲们第一次洗先用盐水浸泡15分钟后清洗，起到固色作用哦，并且在以后洗涤过程中不要用碱水或是洗衣粉浸泡太长时间，可以有效防止掉色哦！

      新出厂的衣物，尤其是深色衣服/毛衣等毛类绒类面料，上面会有一些浮毛哦，这都是属于正常现象呢，建议亲们在洗涤时不要和其他衣物浸泡在一起哦！

      新出厂的衣物，都是经过洗水，熨烫等流水线工程，密封包装，不像实体店那样晾挂在墙上，难免会有少许的气味，属于正常现象哦，在空气流通处放置一段时间即可消除呢，对气味敏感的亲们就要慎重哦！

          本店自有发货系统，所以现货产品，付款后48小时内发出。（特殊节假日、大型活动除外），标有【预售】的按预售出货时间发货哦。

     本店默认发中通和天天快递，需要发其他快递或物流请咨询在线客服。

【关于售后】About after-sales

          本店不支持无理由退换货，即使买家自己承担运费，如无严重质量问题（例如：色差，小的瑕疵，脱线，跳线，小脏，扣子松动，烫钻小部分脱落等不影响穿着的小问题）一率不退换，请拍前看好我们的实物照片，货品签收后请于签收日起七天内检查 好货品有无质量问题，如有质量问题拍照好联系我们处理。超过七天未做反馈的一律视为正常件，不再做售后处理。

     如果因公司款式错发或产品本身的质量问题我们都可以退回，如果因买家自己挑的款式滞销或者其他原因销售不了是不能退货的。（满足退货条件的客户请与客服人员联系办理退货手续）
