1. Regarding mixed batch production
This store accepts small batches for mixed orders. Please note that there will be no negotiation for small quantities.
2. Regarding Payment
Support online payment (by Alipay or direct bank transfer. Please provide the remittance account details to our staff.)
All orders are subject to shipment upon receipt of payment. If the order requires a certain period of production, please make the deposit first and settle the remaining balance before shipment.
3. Shipping Cost Issues
The wholesale profit is extremely low. There is no free shipping. We will approximately estimate the shipping cost based on the weight of the goods and the destination. For large quantities, it is recommended to contact the customer service and choose logistics and freight services.
4. What should I do if there are discrepancies or shortages between the received goods and the order?
Please check the quantity according to the order. If you find any actual shortage or incorrect delivery, please contact the customer service for handling.
5. What should I do if the goods received were damaged?
During long-distance transportation of goods, problems such as squeezing and collision are inevitable. If a certain item is damaged due to squeezing during transportation, it can be handled as a quality issue (refer to the next paragraph). If you find that the packaging box of the goods is severely deformed or cracked upon receipt, please contact us immediately. In case of serious problems, do not sign for the package.
6. What should I do if the goods received have quality issues?
Before the products leave the factory, they have undergone inspections by the manufacturer. The pass rate is over 99%. Due to the jolts during long-distance transportation, some electronic products may malfunction or become unusable due to wiring issues. For such products, we can offer a replacement.
Customers can accumulate a bit more of their returned items and then return them all at once for exchange, thus saving on shipping costs.
7. For the following reasons, our store cannot process your return request.
(1). Not products of this store;
(2). Insufficient packaging and accessories (The packaging and accessories can be damaged but must not be completely missing. If any problems are found with the product during the sales process, please immediately put it back into its original packaging and wrap it up to prevent the loss of accessories).
(3). Products that have been out of stock for more than half a year in our store;
(4). Products that have been damaged intentionally.
8. After-sales Service
(1). All products undergo strict testing and are only released for sale if they meet the quality standards. If any problems arise after use, they fall within the scope of exemption. However, our company will do its best to assist in resolving the issues within its capabilities.
(2). If there are any serious quality issues with individual products, please provide pictures and other evidence within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Our company will handle the issue based on the actual situation. For example, if the problem can be solved by providing accessories, we will send the accessories and the ordered goods together to the customer during their next purchase; if the problem can only be resolved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product. However, the transportation costs for both the return and the delivery will be borne by the customer, and the returned product will be sent together with the customer's next order.
This is not a quality issue. We do not offer returns or exchanges for this product!!!
