Q:I want to use the parking monitoring function, do I have to buy a separate hardwire kit?
A:Yes, 24H parking monitor need separate hardwire kit for power supply.
Q:The charging method and power supply setting of this camera?
A:Built-in Type-C charging ports for car charger charging, and built in rechargeable battery.
Q:Do I need to buy SD card to use this dash cam?what size sd card is recommended?
A:Yes, need to buy SD card separately. 32-card, class 10 or U3 level above.
Q:What should you do if you lose/can't find some of the video fi?
A:The car cam has loop recording, it will delete the oldest fi and record newer fi when SD card is full except the locked video fi. We suggest you to turn on G-Sensor at low sensitivity which will auto-lock the videos when a collision occurs.
Q:What should you do when your dash cam freezes or you can only record a few seconds of video?
A:In this case,this is the SD card issue,not the dash camera issue. Please format SD card to have a try. using the fake wrong and bad SD card can also result in this issue. If the issue is still exist, please let me know, we are dedicated to resolving.
Q: Does the product include GPS positioning function?
A: Not included
Q:Why does the dash cam keep prompting "Exception or no SD card" after inserting or formatting an SD card in the setting?
A:
1.We suggest to format the SD card into FAT32 or exFAT format on PC, then on Dashcam to format the SD card again. If still no storge, you need change another one
2.Make sure you are using the recommended, CLASS 10, U3 Speed, and 128GB Max SD card.
